My mission is to empower you, advocate for your choices, and offer physical and emotional assistance throughout your pregnancy and labor. With a deep understanding of childbirth and a nurturing approach, I am committed to creating a positive birthing experience for you and your family.
I believe birth is a natural process women are beautifully designed to do. My heart for birth work comes from a deep belief that women deserve to be informed and supported as they birth. I approach birth work from a holistic perspective, honoring the whole person and the unique journey each family is on. Our fears, desires, past experiences, and hopes all shape the way we move through labor and welcome a baby.

Prenatal Visits
During prenatal visits, I provide personalized care, guidance, and resources to help you prepare for childbirth and parenthood. From creating birth plans to discussing pain relief options, you will go into birth fully knowing what to expect!
Labor Support
As your labor doula, I offer continuous support during labor, assisting with comfort measures, positioning, and providing emotional reassurance and advocating for you. I am dedicated to fostering a calm and empowering environment where you can birth feeling supported without fear.
Postpartum Care
In the postpartum period, I discuss your birth experience and recovery, provide breastfeeding support, guidance on newborn care, and asses emotional wellness and postpartum healing. My goal is to help you transition into parenthood with confidence and ease.
